JAQUELINE URWIN
JAQUELINE URWIN | JUNIOR DESIGNER
Jackie’s deep appreciation for design and architecture is rooted in her experiences growing up in both New York and Hong Kong—two cities known for their rich cultural expression and architectural innovation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan, gaining hands-on experience with Detroit’s Urban Planning Department and a hospitality-focused interior architecture firm based in London. After graduation, Jackie joined a real estate technology startup in New York, where she focused on integrating cutting-edge technology into large-scale office and residential projects. In 2025, she joined the jmA team after completing her Master of Architecture at UC Berkeley, where her work centered on designing community-oriented, user-driven spaces that explored the psychology of space and emerging building technologies.
Outside of jmA, Jackie enjoys cooking, painting, and volunteering as a tutor for middle school students. Since relocating to San Francisco, she’s fallen in love with the Bay Area’s vibrant culture and natural beauty—shifting her allegiance firmly from the East Coast to the West.
